If you already have a set of PubMed IDs (PMIDs), VADRR can fetch the full citation records for you
directly from PubMed. Because the file only contains IDs, it's extremely compact — a 10 MB file can
hold over a million PMIDs.
Who can do this: Leaders and Contributors. Only works for articles indexed in PubMed.
Create a plain-text file with one PubMed ID per line:
12345678
87654321
24680135
Save it with a .txt extension. (A sample is downloadable from the format guide's ⓘ icon.)
.txt file on the dropzone.A
.txtfile is treated as a PubMed ID list unless its first line starts withPMID-, in
which case VADRR reads it as a MEDLINE export instead (see MEDLINE import).
A plain list of bare PMIDs, as above, is detected as a PubMed ID list.
