When you search on the PubMed website, you can download the results as a file and upload it to
VADRR. This is the MEDLINE / PubMed export format (a .txt or .nbib file).
Who can do this: Leaders and Contributors. Maximum file size 10 MB. This is a verbose
format, so a 10 MB file holds fewer records (~2,000–3,000) than RIS or CSV.

.nbibfile is always read as MEDLINE. A.txtfile is read as MEDLINE only when its first line
begins withPMID-(as PubMed's MEDLINE export does); otherwise VADRR treats a.txtfile as a
PubMed ID list. If a MEDLINE.txtis misdetected, click
Cancel and check that the file is a genuine PubMed "PubMed format" download.
