A CSV (comma-separated values) file is handy when your references live in a spreadsheet. The
catch: your columns must match the structure VADRR expects.
Who can do this: Leaders and Contributors. Maximum file size 10 MB (~6,000–8,000 records).
On the Citation Pool page, click the ⓘ info icon and download the sample CSV.
Match your spreadsheet's column headers to the ones VADRR reads. Header names are matched
case-insensitively; column order doesn't matter. Recognized headers are:

Save as CSV (UTF-8) to avoid encoding problems with special characters.
The downloaded sample is the source of truth for the headers. Columns whose headers aren't in the
list above are ignored, so values won't import if a header is misspelled. (There is no separate
"end page" column — only the start page is read.)
