Publishing an SR360 Record

SR360 records can be published to VADRR's public repository independently from the project's raw extraction data.

Submitting for Publication​

  1. Open the SR360 record.
  2. Review all sections and ensure the record is complete.
  3. Click Publish (or Submit for Publication).
  4. A publication request is created and sent to a VADRR administrator for approval.

Approval Workflow​

A VADRR admin reviews the SR360 record and either:

  • Approves it — the SR360 becomes publicly visible in the repository.
  • Requests changes — the admin provides notes; you can update and resubmit.

After Publication​

Once published, the SR360 record appears in the public repository at vadrr.org/published_projects and is accessible via the VADRR API.

You can rescind the publication at any time by clicking Rescind Publication (returns the record to DRAFT state).
