Assigning Screeners

  1. After creating the session, open it and go to the Screeners tab.
  2. Add project members who should screen in this session.
  3. For double-blind sessions, you can optionally restrict assignment so each citation is only shown to a specific pair of screeners.

Tags and Reasons

Tags and reasons help categorize screening decisions, especially for exclusions.

  • Tags are free labels you define at the project level (e.g., "Wrong population", "Not an RCT").
  • Reasons are similar and are configured per project.

You can require screeners to provide these before submitting a decision.

Exporting Screening Data

From the session, click Export Screening Data to download a CSV with all decisions, labels, screener names, tags, reasons, and notes.
