Publishing Overview
VADRR has a structured workflow for making systematic review data publicly available through its repository.
What Can Be Published
| Item | Description |
|---|---|
| Project data | The full project including extractions, results, and citation metadata |
| SR360 record | The structured review-level metadata (PICODTS, key questions, evidence tables) |
These can be published independently. A project can have a published SR360 without the raw extraction data being public, or vice versa.
Publication States
| State | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Draft | Not yet submitted; private |
| Submitted | Awaiting admin review |
| Approved / Published | Visible in the public repository |
| Rescinded | Previously published; returned to draft |
Who Can Submit
Only Leaders of a project can submit a publication request.
