Submission and Approval
Submitting a Publication Request
- Open the project.
- Click Publish (or go to Settings → Publish).
- Choose what to publish (project data, SR360, or both).
- Review the summary and click Submit.
A notification is sent to VADRR administrators.
Admin Review
A VADRR administrator reviews the submission:
- Approve — The item is published and becomes publicly visible.
- Rescind approval — The admin can remove a previously approved publication.
Approval status is visible in the project settings page under Publication.
Checking Status
From the project, look at the Publication section in Settings. It shows the current state and any admin notes.
Rescinding a Publication
Leaders can withdraw a published item:
- Go to Settings → Publication.
- Click Rescind.
- Confirm.
The item is immediately removed from public view and returns to Draft state.
