Project Roles

VADRR uses role-based access control within each project. A user can have one or more roles per project.

Roles

Role	What they can do
Leader	Full control — create/edit forms, manage members, export data, approve extractions, publish
Consolidator	Consolidate extraction data, mark extractions as approved
Contributor	Screen citations, complete extractions
Auditor	Read-only access to all project data

Multiple roles

A team member can hold multiple roles simultaneously. For example, a user might be both Contributor and Consolidator.

Assigning Roles

1. Open the project and go to Members in the sidebar.
2. Click Add Member or click an existing member's name.
3. Check the roles you want to assign.
4. Save.

Only Leaders can manage project membership.
