Exporting Project Data
Leaders can export project data in several formats from the project settings or the Citations/Extractions pages.
Citation Exports

| CSV | Citations → Export → CSV | All citation metadata (title, authors, journal, PMID, DOI, abstract, screening status) |
| RIS | Citations → Export → RIS | Reference manager format compatible with EndNote, Zotero, Mendeley |
Screening Data Export
From any Screening session → Export Screening Data:
- Exports screener decisions (Yes/Maybe/No) per citation, per reviewer, with tags and reasons.
Assignments & Mappings Export
From project settings → Export Assignments & Mappings:
- Exports which extractions are assigned to which reviewers.
- Can be re-imported into a different project to replicate the assignment structure (useful when copying a project).
FHIR Export
From project settings → Export (FHIR):
- Exports the entire project in HL7 FHIR R4 Bundle format.
