Assignments & Mappings Export/Import

Assignments and mappings describe which extractions are assigned to which reviewers, and how the extraction form sections map to project data. This export/import is useful when copying a project and wanting to replicate the same team assignment structure.

Exporting

1. Open the project Settings.
2. Click Export Assignments & Mappings.
3. Download the file (JSON format).

The export includes:

• Extraction assignments (citation → reviewer mapping)
• Form section mappings (how form sections link to project key questions and outcomes)

Importing

1. In the destination project, open Settings → Import Assignments & Mappings.
2. Upload the previously exported file.
3. VADRR maps the assignments and form links to the destination project.

note

The destination project must have a compatible extraction form structure for mappings to import correctly. Assignments will only succeed if the usernames in the export file exist in the destination project's member list.
