Your First Project

A Project is the container for everything in your systematic review: citations, screening sessions, extraction forms, and results. Create one as the first step in any new review.

Create a Project

1. From the dashboard, click New Project.
2. Fill in the project details:

Field	Required	Description
Title	Yes	Short descriptive name for the review
Description	No	Longer summary of the review scope
DOI	No	DOI of the published review protocol or paper
PROSPERO ID	No	Pre-registration number
Funding	No	Funding source information

3. Click Create Project.

Invite Team Members

Once the project is created, invite your collaborators:

1. In the project, open the Members section from the left sidebar.
2. Click Add Member.
3. Search for the user by username or email.
4. Choose a role for that member (see Project Roles).
5. Click Add.

Next Steps

With a project created and team invited, proceed to:

1. Import citations — bring your literature search results in.
2. Set up abstract screening — configure how citations are screened.
3. Build an extraction form — design your data extraction template.
